Our Vision
Our Vision is to bring hope to people through effective education, sustainable community development and transformational leadership training.
The hope of which we speak is the true hope that is found only in Christ and through Him, a relationship with Father God. This gives us purpose in our service to others. It brings true meaning to life.
We express this hope through our training which then brings hope to others – to teachers, to other school staff, to students, communities, and leaders.
We equip and mentor leaders and teachers through the ‘Effective Teaching and Learning Series’, which has a focus on discipleship. We encourage teachers and leaders to embrace a paradigm of education where they see themselves as shepherd-teachers and valued members of a true shalom community.
Our Community Development training brings sustainability and economic hope to our communities.

Our Mission is to encourage and support:
those involved in Biblically based Christian education in all parts of the world, to work together to advance the Kingdom of God through the Gospel of Christ.
the sustainable development of local communities which encompass schools, bringing restoration and economic enhancement.
those who desire to shape a society which is just, stable, and promotes the wellbeing of all persons within the context of a God-fearing, Christ-centred, Spirit-led Bible-based, shalom community
the release of funds to support our Mission and Vision.
