The Rally on Christian Persecution

Redeemed Hearts Ministry which is a project of We all Jesus Christ (W.J.C) Society called upon the churches in and around the vicinity of Ramachandrapuram to join the rally not to protest anyone one but to bring social awareness and also to provoke moral development in the society. We wished to show our Government how are disturbed we are when our fellow Christian friends are persecuted mercilessly. So the rally started from Pamarru, 15 kilometres away from our town, started there and covered the churches in Kudakadpalli, Venturu, Chelluru, Pasalpudi, Pulagurtha, Mutchimilli and so on which are on the way.

The March
The march started at 9.00 am and reached the ground at 2.00 am. Bro Paul Mark described the present situation in Orissa as well as other states and spoke of the great apprehension of the public. An association of pastors led the meeting

An important gathering
It was awesome to find at the ground that some physically handicapped people had joined the rally. The women spread word of the rally like wild fire as they are disturbed with the Christian persecution in India. The importance of the seminar was evident when our town philanthropic head " Sri Raja Raja Bahadur Gopala Babu" attended the meeting

A number of press reporters gathered to cover the rally for their News Papers. The meeting ended at 5.00 pm and it took the churches three hours to reach their individual churches again.
